Glamping Pods – Frequently Asked Questions
Who can stay in the glamping pods
- Our pods are for adults only – 18 years and older. Children are not permitted.
How many people do the pods sleep and what bed types are there?
- We have three pods: Bluebell (twin beds) and Daisy + Buttercup (fixed doubles).
- Each pod is designed for 2 adults.
Are dogs allowed?
- Yes – well-behaved dogs are welcome in the pods.
- We typically allow up to two dogs per pod.
- Please keep pets on a lead within the park and use our secure dog exercise area for off-lead playing.
What’s included in the pod, and what do I need to bring?
Included:
- Wood-built, fully insulated pod (larchwood exterior, redwood interior) with heating.
- Lighting, electric sockets / USB charging, fridge, microwave, kettle, mugs, plates, crockery, table & chairs.
- Private decking area with French doors and picnic table.
Bring:
- Duvet or sleeping bags, pillows, pillowcases.
- Towels and toiletries.
- Cooking equipment (pots/pans), dish-washing kit. BBQs allowed if raised off ground.
What are the arrival and departure times?
- Arrival from 1:00pm onwards.
- Reception is open typically 10:00am to 5:30pm; if arriving between 5:30pm and 7:00pm, please contact us on the same day to arrange late-arrival.
- Departure: pods must be vacated by 11:00am.
Is the site open year-round and is the pod stay suitable in colder months?
- Yes, the pods are fully insulated and heated, so you can stay all year round in comfort.
Are there any special rules I should know about?
- The park is adults-only; children under 18 are not permitted.
- BBQs are permitted only if raised off the ground. Open fires are not permitted.
- One car is allowed per pitch/accommodation.
- Late departures and early arrivals may incur additional fee – please check with us.
What location / local amenities do you have?
- Pod accommodation sits just off the M5, between Cheltenham and Gloucester.
- A good bus service stops outside the site with links into Cheltenham & Gloucester.
- Within walking distance you’ll find a supermarket, pub, takeaway, etc.
Is bedding and towels included?
- No, you need to bring your own duvet/sleeping bag, pillows and towels.
- Some hire options may be available; check with us.
How many cars can we bring?
- Only one car per pod (unless prior arrangement) and parking must be within your allocated space.
- Additional vehicles may need to use the designated overflow area.
What if we arrive late or want to depart late?
- If you expect to arrive after 5:30pm up to 7:00pm, please call us on the day so we can prepare your check-in.
- Late departures (after 11:00am) are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Is the site accessible for people with disabilities?
- The pods and site provide many modern facilities, but note: disabled access inside the pod may be limited — please contact us directly for full details.
