Gift Voucher Information
Briarfields gift vouchers make special presents and treats for friends and family. They can be used for touring, camping, glamping and motel accommodation.
Gift Voucher Format
The gift voucher is sent in email format.
If you would like a physical voucher to post to friends and/or family; select “Yourself” after clicking the “Buy” button. You can download your gift voucher order as a pdf and print off a hard copy.
Alternatively you can download a pdf to email to somebody as an attachment.
Choose where the Gift Voucher is sent
If you would like to email the gift voucher to somebody direct, click the “Someone Else” button and enter their address. From there you can also add a personalised message.
Gift Voucher Expiry
Briarfields Motel & Touring Park gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Redeeming your Gift Vouchers
To redeem your gift vouchers please call Briarfields on 01242 235 324 as we cannot currently accept gift vouchers on our online booking system.
Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed after their expiry date.
- Gift vouchers can only be used for touring, camping, glamping and motel accommodation.
- For purchasers, gift vouches are non-refundable.
- For recipients, gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed in part with the balance redeemable at a later date before their expiry.
