9th May – 18th May 2024
Cheltenham Town Hall
A provisional schedule for the festival can be viewed on the Cheltenham Festival of Performing Arts website.
The Festival was first held in 1926. Today the annual Cheltenham Festival of Performing Arts is packed with performances in music, dance and drama by children from local schools, theatre groups, dance schools and music clubs. There is something different every day from ballet and tap to piano and strings, Shakespeare and poetry. Adults also provide music and drama performances including the Choral Day on the last Saturday.
The Cheltenham Festival of Performing Arts is proud to be one of Cheltenham’s oldest festivals, allowing generations of children to perform at Cheltenham Town Hall, Playhouse Theatre and Bethesda Church.
